Al Rawda Academy is committed to providing the best educational experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy for digital products and sessions below.

1. الكورسات والمنتجات الرقمية | Courses & Digital Products

نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية (الكورسات المسجلة، الماستر كلاس، إلخ)، وبمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء ومنح المستخدم صلاحية الوصول للمحتوى، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع.
يُعد المحتوى متاحًا للاستخدام الفوري، ولذلك يسقط حق الاسترجاع فور تفعيل الاشتراك.

Due to the nature of digital products (recorded courses, masterclasses, etc.), once a purchase is completed and access is granted, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are strictly non-refundable.
The content is available for immediate use; thus, the right to a refund is waived upon subscription activation.

2. الجلسات الخاصة | Private Sessions

يمكن طلب إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء الجلسة واسترداد المبلغ إذا تم إبلاغ خدمة العملاء قبل موعد الجلسة بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل.
في حال طلب الإلغاء أو التأجيل خلال أقل من 48 ساعة من الموعد، أو في حالة عدم حضور العميل في الموعد المحدد، لا يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ ويُعتبر مخصومًا بالكامل.

You may request to reschedule or cancel a session for a full refund if customer service is notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the session, or in the event of a no-show, the payment is non-refundable and will be fully forfeited.

3. الأعطال التقنية | Technical Issues

يتم النظر في طلبات الاسترجاع حصريًا كحالة استثنائية إذا واجه المستخدم مشكلة تقنية من جانب خوادم الأكاديمية تمنعه تمامًا من الوصول للكورس، وفشل فريق الدعم الفني في حل المشكلة خلال 7 أيام عمل.

Refund requests are strictly considered as an exceptional case only if the user faces a technical issue originating from the Academy's servers that completely prevents access to the course, and our technical support team fails to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

4. معالجة المبالغ المستردة (إن وُجدت) | Processing Refunds

في الحالات التي يتم فيها الموافقة على الاسترجاع (مثل إلغاء الجلسات في الوقت المحدد)، يتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حسابك من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب سياسة البنك المُصدر للبطاقة.

In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., timely session cancellations), the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
It may take 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policy.
