سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال | Refund & Exchange Policy

حرصًا من أكاديمية الروضة على تنظيم سير العمل وضمان حقوق جميع الأطراف، يُرجى الاطلاع على السياسة التالية بعناية قبل إتمام الحجز أو الاشتراك.

In order to organize operations and protect the rights of all parties, please review the following policy carefully before booking or subscribing.

أولًا: الجلسات الفردية والجماعية

في حال إلغاء الجلسة من قِبل العميل، لا يحق له المطالبة باسترداد قيمة الجلسة، ويُعد المبلغ غير قابل للاسترجاع نهائيًا.
في حال إلغاء الجلسة من قِبل الأكاديمية، يتم رد القيمة المدفوعة كاملة للعميل.
يحق للمشترك تعديل موعد الجلسة بشرط الإبلاغ قبل الموعد المحدد بخمسة (5) أيام على الأقل.
في حال عدم الإبلاغ خلال المدة المحددة أو عدم الحضور، يُحتسب الموعد كاملًا ولا يحق المطالبة باسترداد قيمته أو تعويضه بجلسة بديلة.
لا يُسمح بتعديل موعد الجلسة بعد انقضاء المهلة المحددة تحت أي ظرف.
في حال صدور تجاوزات سلوكية أو عدم الالتزام بالخطة العلاجية المتفق عليها، يحق للأكاديمية إيقاف الجلسات فورًا دون رد أي مبالغ، مع منع العميل من الاستفادة من جميع خدمات الأكاديمية.

First: Individual & Group Sessions

If the session is canceled by the client, the session fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the session is canceled by the Academy, the full paid amount will be refunded to the client.
Clients may reschedule a session only if they notify the Academy at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to notify within the specified period or absence from the session will result in the session being fully charged, with no refund or replacement.
Rescheduling is not permitted after the rescheduling deadline under any circumstances.
In case of behavioral misconduct or failure to comply with the agreed treatment plan, the Academy reserves the right to terminate sessions immediately without any refund and deny the client access to all Academy services.

ثانيًا: الكورسات والبرامج التدريبية

جميع الكورسات والبرامج التدريبية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الحجز أو الدفع، سواء تم الاستفادة من المحتوى أو لم يتم.
يتحمل المشترك مسؤولية التأكد من ملاءمة البرنامج أو الكورس له قبل إتمام الاشتراك.

Second: Courses & Training Programs

All courses and training programs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booking or payment is completed, whether the content has been accessed or not.
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring the suitability of the course or program before completing the registration.

ثالثًا: الريتريت (الرحلات والبرامج المكثفة)

في حال رغبة المشترك في إلغاء الحجز، يجب إخطار الأكاديمية قبل موعد الرحلة بسبعة (7) أيام على الأقل.
عند الإلغاء خلال هذه المدة، يتم خصم 50٪ من إجمالي قيمة الحجز، ويُسترد المبلغ المتبقي إن وجد.
لا يُسمح بأي استرجاع في حال الإلغاء بعد انقضاء المهلة المحددة.

Third: Retreats & Intensive Programs

Clients wishing to cancel a retreat booking must notify the Academy at least seven (7) days prior to the retreat date.
If cancellation occurs within this period, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded if applicable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.

أحكام عامة

• تُعد جميع الحجوزات والمواعيد مؤكدة بعد إتمام الدفع.

• تحتفظ الأكاديمية بحق تعديل هذه السياسة بما يتوافق مع مصلحة العمل، على أن يتم إخطار العملاء مسبقًا بأي تعديلات.

• يُعد إتمام الحجز أو الدفع إقرارًا صريحًا بالموافقة الكاملة على جميع بنود هذه السياسة.

General Terms

• All bookings and appointments are considered confirmed once payment is completed.

• The Academy reserves the right to amend this policy in accordance with business requirements, with prior notice to clients.

• Completing a booking or payment constitutes full and explicit acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
