1. طبيعة الخدمة | Nature of Service

تقدم الأكاديمية محتوى تدريبيًا وتعليميًا للتطوير الذاتي.
لا يُعتبر المحتوى استشارة طبية أو نفسية أو قانونية.
نتائج التطبيق تختلف حسب التزام المستخدم.

The Academy provides educational and self-development training content.
The content does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Results may vary depending on participant commitment.

2. الاشتراك والأهلية | Registration & Eligibility

يجب أن يكون المستخدم كامل الأهلية القانونية.
يلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة.
يحق للأكاديمية تعليق أو إلغاء الاشتراك عند مخالفة الشروط.

Users must have full legal capacity.
Users must provide accurate and updated information.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts violating these terms.

3. الرسوم والدفع | Fees & Payment

تُدفع الرسوم مقدمًا عبر وسائل الدفع المعتمدة.
الأكاديمية غير مسؤولة عن أخطاء مزودي الدفع الخارجيين.

All fees must be paid in advance using approved payment methods.
The Academy is not responsible for third-party payment gateway errors.

4. التسليم والوصول | Delivery & Access Policy

جميع خدمات ومنتجات الأكاديمية هي منتجات رقمية يتم الوصول إليها مباشرة عبر الموقع، ولا تتطلب أي شحن أو توصيل فعلي.
بالنسبة للجلسات، يتم تنسيق وتأكيد المواعيد المتاحة للتشغيل مباشرة من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الواتساب.

All Academy products and services are digital and accessed directly through the website; no physical shipping or delivery is required.
For sessions, available appointments must be confirmed and coordinated directly with customer service via WhatsApp.

5. الملكية الفكرية | Intellectual Property

جميع المواد والمحتويات مملوكة حصريًا لأكاديمية الروضة.
يُحظر النسخ أو التوزيع أو إعادة النشر دون إذن كتابي.

All Academy content is exclusively owned by Al Rawda Academy.
Copying, distributing, or republishing content without written consent is prohibited.

6. تحديد المسؤولية | Limitation of Liability

لا تتحمل الأكاديمية مسؤولية أي نتائج مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المحتوى.

The Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from content usage.

7. تعديل الشروط | Amendments

يحق للأكاديمية تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت مع نشر النسخة المحدثة على الموقع.
